A. Writing Great Blog Content

Now that we've talked about things like your research, style and tone, I want to give you some specific tips on how to actually write your own content. I'll begin in this article and carry this on with those that follow.

Truly, the best way for bloggers to achieve quality content is to write it themselves. You know what you want to say and if you do a little research, you can find out what your audience wants to hear. That's a powerful mix.

If you simply write what they want to read, you are more than likely to develop a strong following. If enough people come to read your blogs, that traffic will likely also bring with it income (as they click upon your ads). This may be the best solution for anyone who has the time and inclination to write (assuming you have passable reading and writing skills).

So many are looking for some magic key to make money on the Internet, and the reality is, it is right under your nose here. Becoming a Pro blogger. And you do this simply by creating syndicated content.

B. Using the Syndicated Content Approach

1. What is Syndicated Content? Darren Rowse at Problogger and many others create blogging copy that some have come to call a form of "syndicated content." The approach is to reference several top stories, top reviews and press releases on your topic. In each of your posts, you will only quote a few paragraphs from each source, then add one or more paragraphs of your own commentary or opinions. You might even add a picture, especially those taken from a product press release designed for use in other's blogs and websites.

  This is the style Darren uses in his many blogs, working from four to eight hours a day updating his sites, he does this full time and it has paid off well for him as we've already shown.

Don't miss how simple this is. This is an excellent approach for finding ideas and ready made information, and then simply creating your own content from it.

2. You Will Become a Paid Researcher. What you will be doing as a blogger is really performing research, then using the research to create quick, timely articles with your readership. By doing this quickly and efficiently, you can actually end up becoming a very high paid researcher simply by sharing the bigger picture about your target niche topic with those who want the latest info about it.

Think about this for a moment. If all you are really doing is merely quoting other people's work and giving it to your readers, you still have a potentially powerful content product. Your readers want to know what's happening in the topic area you have chosen. They don't want to have to go and search where you are searching to find out what's new and interesting. So they will love the fact that you perform that research for them and make their lives easier by presenting what you've learned up on your blog.

3. How Valuable Is This Service? Trust me. It is VERY valuable. If you do a good job on this with a subject that people love, you'll soon develop a big following. One of my favorite blogs is Pro Football Talk. I love reading about the NFL professional football and I just couldn't find enough information on the subject until I found this blog. Talk about a blog that has become very successful and which was just picked up by NBC.

4. The Key to This Approach is Efficiency. That is the one thing which is extremely important to grasp with this syndicated content approach. You must learn to work fast and efficiently. Don't spend too much time thinking about everything. That will only spoil the process and make it become too tedious for you. Keep it simple and you'll be a to do more research and put up more articles and in a shorter amount of time. And of course, more articles will tend to bring more Search Engine spiders your way, more traffic and eventually more income.

5. Make Sure You Add Your Own Voice. This is all the more important -- maybe even essential -- to this approach to content. Just rehashing the news is not very interesting. But putting your to "take" on it can be quite captivating. News commentators are specifically told NOT to editorialize on the news. But why is it that more and more people are getting their news from comic commentary shows? Because they poke fun at the newsmakers and say aloud what we are all thinking. That's why.

So here is a perfect example of why it is so important to establish ahead of time what your tone or writer's voice will be.
